Role Overview
Senior Business Analyst role within the Business Technology group and Digital Products & Services department.
The role supports the ERP and HCM unit and focuses on Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
The position is based in Dubai and requires an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM techno-functional consultant.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- Support existing business technology solutions.
- Develop new business technology solutions to address business requirements.
- Advise and train business users on business technology solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement the Oracle Cloud HCM application.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Overall experience requirement of 7–10 years.
- Relevant experience requirement of 5–7 years.
- At least 5 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- At least 5 years of experience with Fusion HCM applications.
Skills, Tools, and Systems
- Strong knowledge of the ORC module and Core HR module.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management modules, including performance, career development, goals, succession planning, talent profile, and talent review.
- Experience with Fusion Security and Approval Workflows.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, customizations, Infolets, and HR dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and HCM Fast Formulas.
