Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support company growth.
- Oversee workforce planning, identify key roles, and build succession pipelines.
- Coach managers on leadership practices, performance management, and career development.
- Manage complex employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labour laws.
- Lead organisational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Use talent metrics and dashboards to identify hotspots and drive informed people decisions.
Required qualifications and skills
- 10 or more years of experience as an HR Business Partner focused on performance management.
- Ability to connect HR actions to business results.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
- Proficiency in interpreting HR data to improve organisational health.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field is described as often required.
