We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Cloud HCM applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
- Configure and support Payroll and Compensation modules
- Manage HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, and reporting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution delivery
- Support integrations between Fusion HCM and external systems
- Conduct testing, training, and system optimization
- Develop dashboards, OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and Infolets
- Support Redwood page customization and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
- Experience with Core HR, Payroll, Security, and Approval Workflows
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge
- Experience with Oracle Fusion AI capabilities is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
