Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 8+ years of Business Analysis or Functional Analysis experience
- Hands on experience with Digital Assets, Blockchain/DLT, Cross Border Payments, RWA Tokenization, AML and Compliance driven initiatives
- Experience working within regulated financial institutions or fintech organizations
- Strong understanding of Digital Assets and Tokenization, Blockchain/DLT Concepts, Wallet and Custody Operating Models, Settlement and Reconciliation Processes, Cross Border Payment Flows, AML, KYC, and Sanctions Compliance, Transaction Monitoring and Operational Controls
- Expertise in Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Business Process Modeling, User Story Development, Gap Analysis, Test Scenario Creation, Backlog Prioritization
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation capabilities

Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner to support the analysis, definition, prioritization, and delivery of Digital Asset initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.
- The successful candidate will bridge business, compliance, legal, operations, and technology teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into implementation ready solutions while supporting product ownership activities across assigned workstreams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of Business Analysis or Functional Analysis experience.
- Hands on experience with Digital Assets, Blockchain / Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), Cross Border Payments, Real World Asset (RWA) Tokenization, AML and Compliance driven initiatives.
- Experience working within regulated financial institutions or fintech organizations.
- Strong understanding of Digital Assets and Tokenization, Blockchain/DLT Concepts, Wallet and Custody Operating Models, Settlement and Reconciliation Processes, Cross Border Payment Flows, AML, KYC, and Sanctions Compliance, Transaction Monitoring and Operational Controls.
- Ability to convert complex business concepts into structured requirements.
- Expertise in Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Business Process Modeling, User Story Development, Gap Analysis, Test Scenario Creation, Backlog Prioritization.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Digital Asset Custody Platforms and Wallet Solutions.
- Exposure to Smart Contracts and Blockchain Platforms from a business analysis perspective.
- Experience in Product Led or Platform Led delivery environments.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Integration patterns and APIs.
- Understanding of Governance, Risk, Controls, and Audit frameworks in Financial Services.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Product Management methodologies.
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance driven transformation programs.
