- Lead complex business requirements discovery and analysis for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform capabilities
- Support execution of the Core HR product roadmap by contributing to backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, and solution sequencing
- Perform end to end analysis of current state processes and design standardized, future state solutions
- Partner across HR, HR Operations, Technology, and external vendors to ensure shared understanding of requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution designs
- Define testing strategies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities
- Act as subject matter expert for assigned HR applications, providing impact assessment and sustainment support
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digital optimization
- Embed the Bank’s risk appetite into day to day activities by ensuring appropriate business controls
Requirements
- Post secondary education in Human Resources, Technology, Business, or a related field
- Progressive experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise scale technology solutions
- Hands on technical and operational experience with HR processes, policies, regulations, and enabling SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform technology
- Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset

Role Overview
- The Senior Business Analyst, Global HR Product Technology Solutions is accountable for translating complex HR business needs into clear, scalable, and employee centric technology solutions across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Core HR Product Owner, this role operates with a high degree of autonomy while remaining aligned to the product vision.
In this role, you will
- Lead complex business requirements discovery and analysis for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform capabilities.
