- Develop requirements plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates
- Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
- Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to identify business priorities
- Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, review and prioritization
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze and document detailed business requirements and system requirements using enterprise standard requirements methodology
- Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with the impacted stakeholders
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise and digital standards
- Support Design, Development, and QE activities by providing requirements clarifications
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst, preferably within large Financial Institutions
- Experience working on Digital banking projects and hands on experience with agile methodologies and working on agile projects
- Strong experience in both business and technical analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
- Experience with user stories, business and systems specifications, business context diagrams, business process maps, use cases and user story maps
- Experience in requirements elicitation techniques such as Document analysis, Interviews, facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Surveys
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) nice to have
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar nice to have
- Experience in Loyalty programs nice to have

What is the opportunity?
- In this role you will get the opportunity to join RBC’s Digital BA team in delivering exceptional digital banking experiences to our clients across different platforms.
- You will be responsible for requirements analysis activities on medium to large size projects where you will drive requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in both business and systems analysis, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, strong agile experience, digital product experience, a background in financial services and a passion for digital banking platforms.
What will you do?
