- Drive annual strategic priorities as input for Cluster commercial plans.
- Detail and articulate key initiatives and deliverables to clusters with set timelines.
- Provide data and insights related to brand properties and industry trends.
- Provide recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy.
- Execute and track management to ensure projects and business plans are executed.
- Define and manage yearly marketing budget and track execution.
- Drive innovation and renovation pipeline definition and opportunity identification.
- Connect with CIMI team to develop research and lead concept and packaging development.
- Drive local packaging development and localization of global packaging design.
- Provide medical toolkits and training to medical field force.
- Lead communication process under guidance of Regional Marketing Head.
- Accountable for overarching brand equity measurement and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience as Brand Manager in medical marketing
- Proven track record in core brand building and innovation
- Understanding of brand/product P&L drivers
- Experience leading product launches or complex renovation projects
- Deep understanding of HCP, Pharmaceutical/Consumer Health/OTC/Nutrition Health/Baby Nutrition category
- Higher education in business management and marketing

POSITION SUMMARY

- We are looking to hire a Senior Brand Manager within our Medical business.
- In this exciting role, you will partner closely with healthcare professionals to elevate the profile of our brands, shaping how they are perceived in the market and driving sustainable growth and performance.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Drive the annual strategic priorities as an input for Cluster commercial plans.
- Detailing and articulating the key initiatives and deliverables to the clusters with set timelines.
- CCVP analysis supports and supports decision making by providing ongoing data and insights related to brand properties (e.g., websites, social, eCommerce) and industry trends, with full support of CIMI and Cluster teams.
- Provide recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy and on the selection of SKUs for key channels.
- Execute & track management to ensure projects, I&R, business plans are executed, and results tracked.
- Define & manage the yearly marketing budget & track its execution through post launch analysis with the support of Data analytics
- Drive the I&R pipeline definition & opportunity identification.
- Connect with CIMI team to develop research to increase sharing across clusters, leads on concept and packaging development and testing for multi cluster I&R.
- Drive local packaging development & localization of global packaging design.
- Provides overall medical toolkits & training to medical field force to support the new launches / relaunches, creating attractive brand experiences/ideas across contact points to be implemented by the cluster teams.
- Key role in the creative development process & Equity measurement: Lead the communication process under the guidance and sign off of the Regional Marketing Head.
- Accountable for overarching brand equity measurement and corrective actions.
What will make you successful
- Minimum 8 years experience as Brand Manager in medical marketing which may include some years in other function ideally in CDT/ Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG
- Proven track record in Core Brand Building, helping large/key brands innovate, identifying new growth opportunities, building brand strategies and positioning
- Understanding of key drivers of brand/product P&L and how to action them
- Experience in leading product launch or complex renovation projects working with cross functional teams
- Deep understanding of HCP, Pharmaceutical/Consumer Health/OTC/Nutrition Health/Baby Nutrition category drivers & needs
- Strong experience in leading product launches or complex renovation projects, working effectively with cross functional teams.
- Media planning skills are highly desired, as you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across various channels.
- A higher education in business management and marketing with an excellent track record is required.
