Responsibilities
- Check quantities of raw & packaging materials received from warehouse as per production order
- Perform testing procedures to ensure machine works optimally during production
- Learn and follow standard operation procedure for the line
- Monitor line equipment and parameters and submit fault reports in case of abnormality
- Participate/Lead shiftly operational review to discuss operational achievements and issues
- Verify production date, batch number printed on bottles
- Perform water quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate logs, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment

Main Purpose of Job
- Responsible for performing machine tending operations, operating a variety of machines in a production environment
Key Responsibilities
- Check the quantities of raw & Packaging materials received from the warehouse as per the production order to avoid any breakdown or delay
- Perform testing procedures to ensure that machine work optimally during production.
- Learn and follow and the standard operation procedure for the line
- Monitor the line equipments and parameters and submit fault reports in case of abnormality.
- Participate/ Lead shiftly operational review to discuss operational achievements and issues.
- Verify the production date, batch number printed on the bottles.
- Perform water quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment s for the task to ensure confirm satisfactory results of treatment
- Maintain accurate logs, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
