- Own and evolve the brand's visual identity including logo systems, typography, color, iconography, imagery, and layout
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design toolkits
- Lead the design of campaigns across digital, social, print, OOH, packaging, and in store/retail environments
- Turn briefs and brand strategy into creative concepts and execute to production ready standard
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams; manage external agencies and vendors
- Review and guide the work of junior designers, providing creative direction and quality control
- Manage multiple projects end to end, balancing deadlines, feedback rounds, and brand standards
Requirements
- Experience in brand design and visual identity
- Ability to lead campaign design across digital, social, print, OOH, packaging, and retail
- Experience developing brand guidelines and design toolkits
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience guiding junior designers

Role Overview
