Responsibilities
- Lead BIM strategy development and programme wide coordination meetings
- Manage and maintain federated BIM environments for complex programmes
- Develop BIM reporting frameworks and customized dashboards
- Coordinate and resolve asset and infrastructure interface issues using BIM collaboration platforms
- Validate and review asset data in compliance with COBie standards and AIR
- Automate workflows using Python, C#, and Dynamo
- Author and maintain BIM documentation including BEPs and QA/QC procedures
- Identify BIM related risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and design teams to drive BIM adoption
- Prepare technical reports and presentations
- Develop BIM capability assessment frameworks and tender documentation
- Support research and innovation in emerging BIM technologies
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading BIM implementation and governance on large scale programmes
- Proven expertise in managing federated BIM environments using Revizto and Autodesk Forma
- Strong capability in developing BIM reporting frameworks and dashboards
- In depth knowledge of BIM for Asset Information, including COBie and AIR
- Competency in automation and scripting using Python, C#, and Dynamo
- Experience authoring BIM documentation such as BEPs and QA/QC procedures
- Good understanding of BIM visualization technologies like Unreal Engine and Unity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
