About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior BIM Architect to lead BIM processes for architectural and construction projects in the UAE. You will oversee BIM standards, coordinate multidisciplinary models, and support project delivery from concept through handover.

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural BIM team and oversee BIM deliverables across multiple projects
- Establish and implement BIM standards, workflows, templates, and quality control procedures
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project specific BIM requirements
- Monitor model quality, compliance, and project BIM performance
- Develop and review architectural BIM models from concept design through construction documentation
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, and specialist consultant models
- Conduct clash detection, model audits, and design reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues
- Ensure construction documentation and BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and authority regulations
- Review and approve shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as built models
- Provide BIM and technical support to site teams during construction
- Mentor and train BIM Architects, BIM Coordinators, and Junior Architects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- Minimum 10–15 years of architectural experience with at least 5 years in a senior BIM role
- Strong experience in large scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed use, healthcare, and high rise projects
- UAE/GCC experience is mandatory
- Advanced/Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo for Revit
- Knowledge of BIM Level 2 and ISO 19650 Standards
- Master's degree in architecture, BIM Management, or Construction Management is an advantage
- Preferred certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional – Revit for Architectural Design, BIM Professional Certification, ISO 19650 Certification

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior BIM Architect to lead the development, coordination, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for architectural and construction projects.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing BIM standards, coordinating multidisciplinary models, ensuring design quality, and supporting project delivery from concept through construction and handover stages.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural expertise, advanced BIM capabilities, and extensive experience in managing complex construction projects within the UAE/GCC market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural BIM team and oversee BIM deliverables across multiple projects.
- Establish and implement BIM standards, workflows, templates, and quality control procedures.
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project specific BIM requirements.
- Monitor model quality, compliance, and project BIM performance.
- Develop and review architectural BIM models from concept design through construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, and specialist consultant models.

- Ensure construction documentation and BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and authority regulations.
- Review and approve shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as built models.
- Provide BIM and technical support to site teams during construction.
- Assist in resolving design and coordination issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure accurate incorporation of site changes and project revisions into BIM models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Master's degree in architecture, BIM Management, or Construction Management is an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of architectural experience with at least 5 years in a senior BIM role.
- Strong experience in large scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed use, healthcare, and high rise projects.
- UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
Required Software Knowledge
- Essential: Autodesk Revit Architecture (Advanced/Expert), AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Dynamo for Revit, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred: Rhino 3D, Grasshopper, SketchUp Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Bluebeam Revu.
