Role overview
The employer delivers premium commercial construction projects and is seeking a Senior Billing Engineer.
This is a leadership role requiring independent management of end-to-end billing operations.
The role is based in Sector 82, Mohali, and requires at least 10 years of commercial construction experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on certification of RA and final bills.
- Prepare monthly client and subcontractor RA bills and reconcile all bill types.
- Complete quantity take-offs from drawings and validate site measurements.
- Prepare BOQs, rate analyses, and cost comparisons.
- Handle variations, extra items, and claim documentation.
- Reconcile materials and analyze consumption.
- Interpret contracts and maintain commercial compliance.
- Coordinate with clients on billing approvals and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Prepare daily progress reports with justified quantities and labor justification.
- Conduct random physical site checks of bills when required.
