Position Overview
Project Manager role responsible for leading and managing construction projects from planning through successful completion.
The role covers construction project delivery in Mohali, Punjab.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and site management.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects within timelines and budgets.
- Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from inception through handover.
- Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contracts for compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and MIS.
- Resolve project issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage resources, contracts, and client communications.
