Position Overview
The employer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Architect for premium construction and interior projects.
The position is located in Mohali and requires 10 or more years of experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings.
- Handle complete project coordination from concept to execution stage.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, site engineers, vendors, and project management teams.
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan and monitor construction and interior fit-out activities.
- Ensure quality control, project timelines, and compliance with design standards.
- Manage vendors and coordinate procurement of architectural and interior materials.
- Independently handle commercial, residential, office, and luxury interior projects.
- Manage revisions, site issues, and execution challenges efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local building by-laws and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture.
- Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, and MS Office.
