Role overview
Design Accredits is hiring a Senior Architect for premium construction and interior projects.
The role requires at least 10 years of experience and independent project handling capability.
Compensation
- The salary is ₹60,000 to ₹75,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and expertise.
- Provident Fund is listed as a benefit.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings.
- Coordinate projects from concept through execution with clients, consultants, contractors, site teams, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution against approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan and monitor construction and interior fit-out activities.
- Manage quality, timelines, revisions, site issues, and execution challenges.
- Coordinate procurement and vendor activity for architectural and interior materials.
- Handle commercial, residential, office, and luxury interior projects independently.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, local building by-laws, and safety standards.
