An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Banquet Manager to lead and elevate banquet operations within a prestigious ultra-luxury events and banqueting company in KSA.

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a refined understanding of large-scale, high-end event management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of ultra-luxury events from pre-planning through to final delivery while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Collaborate closely with sales, culinary, and event planning teams to translate client requirements into detailed operational plans that exceed expectations
  • Manage, train, and inspire banquet teams, ensuring consistent performance, strong team engagement, and adherence to luxury service standards
  • Ensure all event setups, service sequences, and guest interactions reflect brand standards, with a strong focus on detail, presentation, and precision
  • Oversee staffing plans, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations across multiple simultaneous events
  • Monitor operational budgets, labor costs, and inventory usage, implementing cost-control measures while preserving service excellence
  • Act as a senior point of contact for VIP clients and stakeholders during events, ensuring a personalized and seamless guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe and well-organized operational environment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing service quality, operational workflows, and overall guest satisfaction
  • Prepare reports and performance evaluations, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

  • **Can speak both Arabic & English language.**
  • Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or Senior Banquet Manager within luxury hotels, large-scale events, or high-end banqueting operations
  • Strong expertise in managing large, complex events with a focus on ultra-luxury service standards and guest experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing large teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and labor management
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-profile clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly to changing operational demands
  • Well-groomed and polished, with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality etiquette
  • Previous Middle East experience is an advantage
