- Capture high quality photographs and videos of banquets, weddings, corporate functions, and private events
- Produce visually compelling food and beverage imagery for marketing and promotional purposes
- Provide live event coverage and create real time content for digital platforms and social media
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop engaging visual content aligned with brand standards
- Edit and retouch photographs and videos, ensuring consistency in color grading and visual style
- Manage and maintain an organized media library
- Plan and execute shoots including equipment preparation, lighting set up, and creative direction
- Stay current with industry trends and editing technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer, preferably in luxury hospitality, events, or food and beverage
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in food photography, event photography, videography, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
- Exceptional understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and post production techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver premium quality content under tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules

Job Overview
- Our client is seeking a talented Photographer / Videographer to capture the elegance, creativity, and memorable moments of luxury events and exceptional culinary experiences.
- This role is responsible for producing high quality visual content that showcases the atmosphere, craftsmanship, and attention to detail behind every event and activation.
- The ideal candidate possesses a strong creative eye, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to tell compelling stories through photography and video while maintaining the highest standards of luxury presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high quality photographs and videos of banquets, weddings, corporate functions, private events, and other special occasions, highlighting décor, ambience, guest experiences, and key moments.
- Produce visually compelling food and beverage imagery, including plated dishes, desserts, and beverage presentations for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Provide live event coverage and create real time content for digital platforms and social media channels when required.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operational teams to develop engaging visual content aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Edit and retouch photographs and videos, ensuring consistency in colour grading, visual style, and overall quality across all media assets.
- Manage and maintain an organised media library, ensuring all photography and video files are properly archived and easily accessible.
- Plan and execute shoots, including equipment preparation, lighting set up, composition, and creative direction to achieve premium visual results.
- Stay current with industry trends, photography techniques, editing technologies, and content formats to continuously elevate creative output.
- Maintain consistency in visual storytelling and ensure all content reflects the sophistication, exclusivity, and luxury positioning of the organisation.
- Support special projects, promotional campaigns, and other creative initiatives as required by the business.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Photographer / Videographer, preferably within luxury hospitality, events, banqueting, food and beverage, or lifestyle environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in food photography, event photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and other relevant editing software.
- Exceptional understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and post production techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver premium quality visual content under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules in line with event requirements.
- Passion for creativity, storytelling, and producing exceptional visual experiences that reflect the standards of an ultra luxury environment.
