You are an experienced software engineer who combines strong technical expertise with ownership and leadership . You enjoy solving complex problems, making pragmatic technical decisions, and helping teams build reliable and maintainable solutions.

You are comfortable taking the lead when needed while working collaboratively with engineers, architects, product stakeholders, and customers.

Proven experience leading architecture and technical direction for complex systems or critical components.

Ability to make sound technical decisions and explain technical trade-offs.

Experience identifying and managing technical debt, systemic risks, and dependencies .

Experience establishing or promoting engineering standards and best practices.
