Junior Backend Software Engineer

3–5 years of professional experience in backend software development or a related software engineering role.

Practical experience with Java and backend development.

Hands-on experience with JUnit, unit testing, and basic TDD principles .

Experience using Git in a collaborative development environment.

Hands-on experience with a cloud platform, preferably AWS .

Experience or understanding of microservices-based architectures .

Basic familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized applications.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications.

Knowledge of Python or Golang is an advantage.

Experience working in an Agile development environment , such as Scrum or SAFe.

Good understanding of software quality, security, maintainability, and coding practices.

Ability to work independently on well-defined tasks while knowing when to seek guidance and support.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience working with global, distributed, or diverse teams is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.
