Experienced Backend Software Engineer – Cloud & DevOps

Design, implement, test, and maintain backend features end-to-end.

Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Work independently on most tasks and seek support when appropriate.

Ensure code quality, reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Design and develop Java-based microservices and backend solutions.

Build, deploy, and administer solutions running on Kubernetes .

Work with AWS cloud services to develop and operate scalable solutions.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines used in production.

Apply JUnit and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

Participate in and lead code reviews and technical discussions .

Take responsibility for the complete DevOps lifecycle , from development and testing through deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Identify technical risks, improvement opportunities, and areas for innovation.

Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and long-term improvements.

Mentor and support junior and less experienced engineers through daily collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Share engineering best practices and lessons learned within the team.

Take ownership of team-level outcomes , not only individual tasks.

Contribute to continuously improving the team's engineering and delivery capabilities.
