- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, completion, and reporting of external audit engagements across diverse industries
- Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously while ensuring compliance with IFRS, ISA, IPSAS and applicable UAE regulations
- Review and approve audit strategies, risk assessments, materiality calculations, and engagement deliverables
- Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters
- Monitor engagement budgets, profitability, timelines, and resource allocation
- Review audit reports, audit working file, management letters, and presentations for senior management and boards
- Drive the adoption of data analytics and technology enabled audit procedures
- Lead, coach, and mentor audit teams, including Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates
- Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Identify cross selling opportunities and support proposal preparation and business development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Active CPA or CA certification
- Minimum 15+ years of external audit experience
- Experience managing audit portfolios and leading teams within a public accounting firm
- Experience with listed entities and regulated sectors (UAE Central Bank, SCA, DFSA, ADGM) is advantageous
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager to join our External Audit division in Dubai.
- This leadership role is responsible for managing a portfolio of audit engagements, leading high performing teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the strategic growth of the audit practice.
- The ideal candidate brings extensive external audit experience gained within a reputable audit firm, holds a CPA or CA qualification, and has a proven track record of managing complex engagements and developing teams.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct performance evaluations and support career development initiatives.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
