Job Objective
- The Senior Associate Retail Festivals & Events coordinates operational requirements of assigned retail festivals, DSF events, activations, and related initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate operational planning and delivery of assigned retail festivals and events.
- Prepare and maintain detailed event workplans, including timelines, milestones, and task trackers.
- Develop event briefs, one pagers, and presentation materials.
- Maintain action trackers covering event requirements, approvals, and stakeholder inputs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align events with DFRE calendar and campaign timelines.
- Track event budgets, purchase requests, and invoices in coordination with Finance and Procurement.
- Compile procurement requirements and support RFP processes.
- Follow up with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely deliverables.
- Maintain accurate procurement and budget documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth implementation.
- Conduct site visits and operational checks for venue readiness.
- Prepare event run sheets, contact lists, and operational checklists.
