Role Overview
Manage and deliver client engagements within Beyond.
Own project planning and execution, lead project teams, and deliver within scope, time, and budget.
Work with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain quality and client satisfaction.
Contribute to PMO development and innovation in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project scoping and planning, including objectives, deliverables, plans, and schedules.
- Assign project team tasks, monitor performance, and manage resources efficiently.
- Act as the primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee project plans, budgets, status reports, and other documentation.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Deliver high-quality outputs aligned with client and organizational standards.
- Align projects with broader strategic goals through collaboration with senior leadership.
- Support PMO governance, standardized methodologies, reporting, and dashboards.
- Introduce automation, BI dashboards, and AI-driven solutions to improve delivery.
- Improve project management practices, processes, efficiency, and client value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is required.
- 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally in consultancy, PMO, or professional services.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience engaging senior executives and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- PMO experience covering governance, reporting, or portfolio management.
- Exposure to innovative project delivery practices.
