Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities across all lifecycle phases
- Assist in preparing weekly/bi weekly project status reports
- Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation ensuring compliance with PMO framework, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to track actions, dependencies, and deliverables
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow up on action items
- Identify potential risks and issues and promptly highlight them to the Project Manager for mitigation or escalation
- Assist in project closure activities including documentation, sign offs and archiving
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 4 years in project coordination with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects
- PMP/CAPM/CSM/CSPO/PRINCE2 foundation, Agile certification, or equivalent preferred
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and PMO governance
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools

Job Purpose
- The Senior Associate supports project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with PMO SOP, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across stakeholders.
