About the Role
Standard Chartered Bank seeks a Senior Associate Director for Priority Banking to build and manage client relationships, develop new business, and drive revenue generation. The role requires experience in sales, relationship management, and knowledge of banking and investment products.

Responsibilities
- Creation of strategic plans for revenue generation and business development while driving the Digital Agenda
- Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of number of customers, volumes and revenue
- Induction of all new customers brought in by the Branches & Direct Sales team
- Creation of sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals
- Update & maintain all Sales MIS
- Effectively meeting customer expectations and handling/reduction of customer complaints
- Ensure KYC/AML updates, proper zero error documentation
- Obtain Security & Commodity Authority (SCA) license within 6 months
Requirements
- Experienced Sales and Relationship Manager with background in handling all Banking & Investment Products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables
- Strong inter personal skills and leadership ability
- Good understanding of the business environment in UAE preferably with direct contacts with the local HNI community
- In depth knowledge of capital markets and financial planning
- SCA certified (or completion of certificate within 6 months)

Responsibilities
- Creation of strategic plans for revenue generation and business development while driving the Digital Agenda.

- Induction of all (NTB) new customers brought in by the Branches & Direct Sales team.
- Creation of sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
- Update & maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done, etc.).
- Effectively meeting customer expectations and handling/ reduction of customer complaints.
- Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.
- Ensure KYC/AML updates, proper zero error documentation.
- Obtain Security & Commodity Authority (SCA) license within 6 months.
