Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and development of architectural designs, drawings, and technical documents
- Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and applicable regulations
- Coordinate architectural works with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
- Manage and review design submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and material schedules
- Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and support to the architectural team
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and as built drawings
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of assigned projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in engineering consultancy companies
- Strong experience in architectural design, technical drawings, and project coordination
- Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local authority requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and architectural design software
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
