About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage architectural and multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation through design, supervision, delivery, and project closeout
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and progress reports
- Lead and coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams
- Manage communication and coordination with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and relevant government authorities
- Review architectural drawings, technical reports, specifications, and project submissions to ensure quality and compliance
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, and technical issues
- Develop and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered within the approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
- Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, local authority requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum of 5 8 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 5 8 years of experience in an engineering consultancy firm
- Proven experience in managing architectural design and engineering supervision projects
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local authority requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, client management, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers
