BDX SMARTHOMES is hiring a Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design and execution for residential real estate projects.
The role is based in Chennai and requires in-person work.
Compensation
- The pay range is ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
Workplace and Employment
- This is a full-time position with in-person work in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage architectural designs for residential projects.
- Prepare and review drawings, plans, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with site engineers, interior teams, structural teams, and other teams.
- Ensure designs are practical and executed according to approved drawings.
- Review site progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants when required.
- Ensure projects meet quality, design, and timeline requirements.
Requirements
- B.Arch, M.Arch, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Applicants need 4–8 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Experience in residential or real estate projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software is required.
- Strong design, coordination, and communication skills are required.
- Applicants should be able to manage multiple projects and work with site teams.
