Role Overview
Manage daily operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
The role supports real estate and construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with different departments and monitor daily operations.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding amounts.
- Track tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Escalate important issues to management when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Operations or Management.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong follow-up and team-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Preferred Experience
- Real estate or construction experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month based on skills and experience.
- Pay starts from ₹30,000 per month.
Employment
- The job is full-time.
