Junior Site Engineer – Real Estate / Construction

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, quality, and material requirements.
• Take measurements and maintain site records.
• Assist with daily and weekly site planning.
• Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with senior engineers.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and updates.
• Ensure proper site safety practices are followed.

Requirements

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0–2 years of construction or site execution experience.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work at construction project sites.

Compensation
