Support the execution and supervision of construction activities at project sites.
The role is based in Chennai and is full-time.
Compensation
- Salary is listed as ₹20,000 or more per month depending on skills and experience.
- A separate pay listing states ₹10,000–₹25,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and vendors.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and material requirements.
- Take measurements and maintain site records.
- Assist in planning daily and weekly site activities.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers on solutions.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and updates.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
Requirements
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction or site execution; freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction project sites.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at construction project sites.
