Requirements
- Minimum 10 years post graduate experience
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience, preferably with International Consultancy
- RIBA/AIA Accredited
- Fully Conversant in BIM/REVIT delivery processes
- Excellent knowledge of local design requirements and code (e.g., Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipality, LEED or Estidama)
- Client facing experience

Description
- Stantec is seeking a talented and motivated design professional to advance our architectural practice.
- The role of Senior Architect will involve being the lead designer across a wide range of project types in support of our current, high profile client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide design leadership within our emerging commercial architectural practice.
- Guide the growth of the architectural practice, focused around design excellence.
- Provide conceptual architectural design to master planning projects and take a leading role in vertical architecture work.
- Manage the design process from inception through concept, schematic design, detail design.
- Coordinating with design leadership across offices to ensure best practice.
- Coordinating across offices for resource support and management where required.
- Support the local Business Center Lead and Sector Leaders, with focus on commercial sector growth.
- Help develop and maintain a network of client relationships, maintaining a pipeline of project opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience.
- Minimum of 5 years UAE experience, preferably with International Consultancy.
- RIBA/AIA Accredited.
- Fully Conversant in BIM/REVIT delivery processes.
- Excellent knowledge of local design requirements and code (e.g., Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipality, LEED or Estidama).
- Must have client facing experience.
