Responsibilities
- Develop and manage architectural designs from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation stages
- Prepare high quality architectural drawings, layouts, presentations, and design packages
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and authority requirements
- Coordinate architectural designs with other disciplines, including Structural, MEP, and specialist consultants
- Provide creative and practical design solutions while maintaining project requirements, quality, and functionality
- Support project delivery through technical documentation, presentations, design reviews, and coordination meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an architectural consultancy office
- Proven experience in designing and delivering residential and commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, planning, and detailed drawings production
- Hands on experience with BIM workflows and coordination
- Good understanding of local and international building codes and design standards (Saudi Building Code knowledge is preferred)
- Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of project coordination and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
