Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our wood manufacturing factory specializing in furniture, doors, kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, and custom woodworks.
  • The candidate must have previous hands on sales experience in a wood manufacturing factory or closely related industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, consultants, designers, developers, and project owners.
  • Promote company products including doors, kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, furniture, and custom woodworks.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and client requests.
  • Visit clients, projects, showrooms, and construction sites when required.
  • Prepare and submit sales quotations in coordination with technical and production teams.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, production, and installation departments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, client updates, and pipeline status reports.
  • Support collection follow up in coordination with the finance department.
  • Ensure professional representation of the company at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales within a wood manufacturing factory, furniture factory, kitchen and wardrobe factory, door factory, cabinetry factory, or interior fit out company is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or Business Development Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of wood products, furniture, doors, kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with technical and production teams.
  • Ability to read basic drawings, measurements, BOQs, and project requirements is an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to follow up professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales tracking tools is preferred.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network with contractors, consultants, designers, developers, or project owners.
  • Experience in B2B sales, project sales, or showroom sales.
  • Experience selling doors, kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, or custom cabinetry.
  • Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
