- Obtain thorough understanding of clinical applications to analyze, design, build/configure, and validate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical field (Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Healthcare Management)
- Minimum 6 years of clinical application implementation experience
- Certification in multiple clinical applications
- Knowledge of healthcare industry
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to speak and write in English
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Customer service orientation
- Experience with servers and software upgrades
- Ability to speak and write in Arabic
- Additional certifications in Epic Cadence and ADT
- Additional certification in 3M coding modules

About the Role
- The Senior Application Analyst will be certified and have a minimum of 6 years implementation and support experience in one or more IT Clinical applications.
- The analyst will support, train, and provide informatics support as needed, working closely with other application analysts.
- The role requires flexibility for shift work and 24/7 support in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities

- Analyzes queries related to functionality of assigned clinical applications.
- Provides site support, training, and informatics support as required.
- Provides operational support by resolving incidents and completing requests.
- Follows IT change control process and presents changes.
- Supports and develops Analyst Level 1 & 2.
- Leads and contributes to clinical application projects.
- Supports Team Lead in project scoping and effort estimation.
- Leads workflow design by providing subject matter expertise.
- Supports sprint planning and capacity planning for enhancement requests.
- Obtains thorough understanding of clinical applications to analyze, design, build/configure, and validate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical field (Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Healthcare Management) required.
- Prior Clinical Application Implementation experience of 6 years required.
- Experience typically supported by a license in a medically related field preferred.
- Certification in multiple clinical applications required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry required; familiarity with clinical and administrative hospital functions preferred.
- Familiarity with various programming and clinical application reporting tools.
- Ability to work with servers and apply software upgrades.
- Ability to perform independently and manage workload.
- Team player who creates a positive team environment.
- Customer service orientation required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clinical and IT personnel.
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to speak and write in English required; Arabic preferred.
