About the Role:

Crusoe is looking for a Business Health Sr Analyst to join the Finance team. This role sits at the intersection of accounting, FP&A, and business partnering — owning the cadence and coordination that keeps the company's core financial workstreams (month-end close, quarter-end close, budgeting, and forecasting) running smoothly and aligned across the organization. You'll be the connective tissue between Accounting, Finance, and business partners, ensuring deadlines are hit, information flows cleanly, and the planning process gets sharper each cycle. You'll also support strategic, ad hoc projects as priorities evolve.

This is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working cross-functionally, and energized by improving how a fast-growing company plans and reports on its business.

What You'll Be Working On:

Business Health

Drive key performance indicators cross organizationally, measuring, tracking and driving accountability with various business unit leaders

Coordinate and align month-end and quarter-end close workstreams across Accounting and business partner teams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked and met

Serve as a key liaison between Accounting, FP&A, capacity planning and business partners to ensure budget and forecast inputs are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule

Identify gaps or bottlenecks in existing close, budget, and forecast processes, and drive improvements to increase efficiency and consistency

Planning & Budgeting Project Management

Own the project management of planning and budgeting workstreams end-to-end — building timelines, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and escalating risks

Maintain and continuously improve the budgeting and forecasting calendar, templates, and process documentation

Partner with FP&A and department leaders to ensure budget submissions and forecast updates are complete, well-documented, and delivered on time

Strategic & Ad Hoc Projects

Support Finance leadership on ad hoc strategic initiatives, ranging from process improvement projects to special analyses

Help synthesize findings and prepare materials for leadership and cross-functional audiences

Take on new workstreams as the business scales and priorities shift

What You'll Bring to the Team:

3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, finance transformation, business operations, or a related field

Strong project management skills — comfortable owning timelines, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving accountability without direct authority

Familiarity with month-end/quarter-end close processes, budgeting, and forecasting cycles

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Accounting, Finance, and business teams

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward proactively identifying and solving process gaps

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities

Proficiency in Powerpoint/Excel/Google Sheets; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan) a plus

Bonus Points

Prior experience supporting capital-intensive or infrastructure-heavy businesses (e.g., datacenters, energy, real estate)

Experience working with capacity planning or CAPEX budgeting processes

Exposure to presenting to or preparing materials for senior leadership or investment committees
