- Contribute to activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models
- Streamline and enhance organizational processes for efficiency and strategic alignment
- Facilitate adoption of new organizational designs, acting as a bridge between strategy and operations

- Provide targeted tools and support for role adaptation and skills development

Requirements
- 1 2+ years of consulting experience in organization design and activation strongly preferred
- 2+ years minimum industry experience; 3 6+ years strongly preferred in lieu of consulting
- Strong understanding of organizational theory and design principles
- Proficiency in change management and project management
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong business acumen and problem solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

What You'll Do
- As a Senior Analyst in a Client Focused role within BCG's People & Organization Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team.
- Deliver value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets.
- Contribute on large scale transformation cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights.
- Travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected.
- Support commercialization efforts for implementation of organization activation projects.
- Contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business.
- Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Helping solve client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in organization activation.
- Building client ready deliverables in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing case team learnings and outputs to develop new proprietary knowledge assets.
- Communicating with case teams and clients in a credible and confident way.
- Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, in person or virtually.
- Being flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset.
- Navigating complexity and ambiguity.
What You'll Bring
- 1 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant to organization design and activation strongly preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3 6+ years strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of organizational theory and design principles.
- Proficiency in change management and project management.
- Proven track record in leading organizational design projects.
- Experience in cross functional and multinational team environments.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong business acumen and problem solving capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- As a Client Focus member, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates and Consultants.
- Between cases, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG.
