Requirements
- 3+ years of consulting experience in relevant topics (Transactions/M&A, Corporate Finance, Integrations/PMI, Business Separations/Carve outs) required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 4 6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English; Other languages (e.g. Arabic) are beneficiary

What You'll Do
- As a Senior Analyst within BCG's Transactions & Integrations (TI) practice, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets on Mergers & Acquisitions, PMI and Carve out topics.
- You will contribute on cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client.
- You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials.
- Additionally, as a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of consulting experience in relevant topics (Transactions/M&A, Corporate Finance, Integrations/PMI, Business Separations/Carve outs) required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 4 6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Knowledge and experience of new age financial modeling tools (e.g. Anaplan) and advanced excel tools (e.g. Power Pivot) are beneficiary.
- Fluency in English; Other languages (e.g. Arabic) are beneficiary.
- Strong business acumen and problem solving capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Building and creating detailed business plans and financial models for M&A, divestiture, other corporate transactions and investment cases.
- Understanding of the buy side and sell side M&A process, including key steps, timelines, documents etc.
- Applying Transaction and Corporate Finance expertise when contributing to product/tool development and deployment.
- Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working.
- Communicating with senior stakeholders, in a credible, structured, and confident way.
- Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Working creatively and analytically in a time limited, problem solving environment.
- Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas.
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
