Responsibilities
- Drive key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs
- Translate strategy recommendations into action and align stakeholders
- Apply analytical structured thinking and problem solving in practical scenarios
- Support activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models
- Manage disciplined execution of program/project components, including prioritization, business case development, and value realization tracking
- Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for process streamlining and performance improvement
- Communicate with case teams and client team members in a credible and confident way
- Ensure high quality execution of project components
- Drive process enhancements and change execution, supporting change management efforts
- Apply Generative AI tools and techniques to accelerate transformation outcomes
- Contribute to codifying knowhow & assets from case and proposal work
- Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues
Requirements
- 2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation related field roles strongly preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3 6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience in effectively translating strategy into action
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
- Using Python, SQL, and modern analytical/AI tooling is a plus

What You'll Do
- As a Senior Analyst in a Client Focused role, you will work on long term implementation and transformation initiatives, helping clients translate ideas into action and strategy into measurable outcomes.
- You will combine your expertise to deliver value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets.
- You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and create strong impact for the client.
- Travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected.
- Driving key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs.
- Driving program execution and value realization by translating strategy recommendations into action, aligning stakeholders, overcoming implementation challenges, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
- Applying analytical structured thinking and problem solving, applying business transformation principles in practical scenarios.
- Supporting the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models, including processes, governance, roles and performance management mechanisms.
- Managing disciplined execution of program/project components, including initiative prioritization, business case development, roadmap and value realization tracking.
- Conducting analysis to identify opportunities for process streamlining and performance improvement, grounded in business and financial impact.
- Communicating with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident way.
- Ensuring high quality execution of project components, maintaining a focus on practical efficiency and effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation related field roles strongly preferred.
