- Define and lead the firm's AI transformation strategy across architecture and engineering teams
- Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools that integrate with BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, etc.)
- Lead and mentor a cross functional team of technologists, BIM managers, and design staff through change
- Partner with project leads to embed AI into design workflows, QA/QC, and project delivery processes
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging AI/BIM technologies relevant to the A&E sector
- Develop training programs to build AI fluency among architects, engineers, and technical staff
- Report transformation progress and ROI to executive leadership
Requirements
- 10 years leading teams in technology, digital transformation, or BIM management capacity
- Direct experience in the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) industry with strong working knowledge of BIM processes and tools
- Proven track record implementing AI/automation solutions within design or construction workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong communication skills; able to translate technical AI concepts for non technical stakeholders

Purpose
- Lead the adoption and integration of AI driven tools and workflows across the firm's architecture and engineering practice, driving efficiency and innovation in design, documentation, and project delivery.
