Role Overview
- Edison Smart is proud to partner with a fast growing UAE based fintech blending innovation with strong ethical principles who is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead design and deployment of AI/ML models across their product suite (financial services, PFM, SME, travel, wealth).
You'll:
- Own end to end LLM systems in production
- Build data pipelines for real time analytics, personalization, and fraud detection
- Partner with product, engineering, and compliance on AI driven solutions
- Mentor junior engineers
You have:
- 5+ years' experience, with concrete hands on work in LLMs and agentic frameworks
- Strong Python experience
- Data/feature engineering and model optimization background
- Cloud AI infra experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Fintech, banking, or Big Tech experience highly regarded
Relocation
- Successful and suitable candidates outside of the UAE will be relocated for the position.
