About the Role
Edison Smart is seeking a Lead Agentic AI Developer for a global consulting firm in Dubai. You will design and ship Generative AI and agentic solutions for enterprise clients, from discovery to production.

- Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders to scope business problems and translate them into AI solutions
- Build and ship Generative AI and agentic applications using solid data science and ML fundamentals
- Develop and deploy agent based systems using LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Deploy Gen AI services across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Work hands on with multiple LLMs and design advanced RAG pipelines
- Build ingestion pipelines for unstructured data (PDFs, HTML, images, audio to text)
- Own data quality, system architecture, and coding standards across projects
- Implement and tune vector database solutions (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search)
- Operate within Agile/Lean delivery frameworks alongside cross functional teams
Requirements
- 9+ years building and deploying AI/ML solutions
- Extensive consulting firm experience directly supporting client organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
- Strong Python skills with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn)
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, DynamoDB)
- Experience building with LangChain and other Python AI/ML frameworks
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph)
- Experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or Django

Role Overview
- Lead Agentic AI Developer to design and ship Generative AI and agentic solutions for major enterprise clients.
- Location: Dubai, UAE. Contract: 9 month initial contract. Start date: ASAP.

What You Bring
- 9+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions, including extensive consulting firm experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
- Strong Python skills with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn.
- Practical experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
- Comfort working across SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, DynamoDB).
- Direct experience building with LangChain and other Python AI/ML frameworks.
- Familiarity with multiple agentic frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph).
- Working knowledge of LLM fine tuning and deploying open source models locally.
- Experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Exposure to model evaluation tooling (DeepEval, FMEval, RAGAS, Bedrock evaluation).
- Bonus: background in computer vision, time series/text analysis, or data visualization.
- Solid applied statistics foundation.
