- As a Senior AI Engineering Manager, you will lead the architecture and deployment of Enterprise RAG systems and Agentic platforms.
- You will bridge the gap between financial strategy and technical execution, ensuring the delivery of production grade chatbots and autonomous agents.
- This role requires a leader who remains deeply technical and can demonstrate a track record of building tangible, scalable applications within complex environments.

- Proven experience building and scaling Enterprise RAG and Agentic RAG frameworks
- Deep technical expertise in developing autonomous agent platforms and sophisticated chatbots
- A strong portfolio of functional AI applications that have been deployed in real world environments
- Elite educational background in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
- Ability to lead engineering teams while staying involved in the codebase and architectural decisions
- Experience navigating the complexities of enterprise data and security within AI integration
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for senior stakeholders
