About the Role
D4 Insight is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and LLMs. The role involves developing RAG pipelines, intelligent agents, and cloud-native AI platforms for the banking sector.

- Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using commercial and open source LLMs
- Develop enterprise grade RAG pipelines including document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval optimization, and response generation
- Build intelligent AI assistants, autonomous agents, and domain specific AI solutions
- Evaluate and optimize AI models for scalability, accuracy, and cost efficiency
- Develop AI services using Python and modern ML frameworks
- Build NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision solutions
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and agent orchestration strategies
- Fine tune foundation models and optimize inference performance
- Integrate AI services with Azure, AWS, and enterprise cloud platforms
- Implement vector databases and semantic search capabilities
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Product teams
- Ensure AI governance, security, monitoring, and responsible AI practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Experience building RAG pipelines
- Proficiency in PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of MLOps and AI governance
