Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document software components.
• Lead and participate in code and documentation reviews and mentor the team in best practices.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and estimates.
• Evaluate tools, technologies, and processes to improve quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot code-level issues and solve complex programming and design problems.
• Focus on application scalability, security, and availability.
• Contribute to secure, scalable, and maintainable architecture.
• Identify architecture risks and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and technical debt elimination.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience building APIs with Python or Node.js.
• Experience with AI agent tools and frameworks.
• Experience building and integrating MCP tools.
• Excellent knowledge of REST API standards, graph technologies, and web services.
• Experience translating requirements into designs and building reusable modules.
