Senior Ai Deployment Lead

Location: UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi) – Remote with International client travel

We are hiring a Senior AI Deployment Lead/ Senior Implementation Lead to join a pioneering company building a new category of AI native enterprise transformation across energy, government, defense, and industrial sectors.

This organization is currently shaping the future of industrial technology by deploying advanced AI solutions across the GCC region.

The Role

This is a high-impact, systems-builder role acting as the critical bridge between Engineering, Product, and GTM.

You will be building the playbooks, structuring account pods (SA + FDE + TAM), and executing complex enterprise implementations simultaneously.

You will start as a hands-on Senior Implementation Lead, proving the model and stabilizing rapid client onboarding, with a direct track to evolve into the Director / GTM Leadership as we scale.

What You’ll Do from Day One

  • Manage A-to-Z software deployments across multiple complex industrial/enterprise clients concurrently—moving fast, optimizing on the fly, and bypassing traditional, slow PMO methodologies.
  • Codefine and document Ranger AI’s Customer Success methodology, Account Pod operating models, and delivery standards from scratch.
  • Set up the foundational CRM rules, pipeline dashboards, and forecasting cadences so the business can scale independently of the founders.
  • Act as an AI-native operator, leveraging advanced tools (Claude, AI coding assistants) to automate internal workflows, eliminate delivery friction, and remove founder bottlenecks.

Who You Are

  • 8 - 12+ years of experience crossing at least one of these domains: Heavy Industrial/Supply Chain (e.g., Oil & Gas fields), Enterprise SaaS deployments, or complex systems integration (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • You don't just talk about AI; it is core to your daily workflow. You are highly advanced in utilizing Claude, ChatGPT Codex, or AI coding tools to manipulate data, write scripts, or build workflows.
  • Exceptional executive presence. You can navigate high-stakes environments with traditional enterprise clients while retaining a lean, startup-scrappy mentality.
