Senior Agile Project Manager

Education: BSc/BA degree, or equivalent commercial project management experience.

Experience: 7+ years of experience managing commercial software delivery in complex, delivery-driven environments using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid Agile).

Agile Expertise: Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery squads, managing backlog refinement, and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Stakeholder Diplomacy: Expert written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client relationship management and expectations alignment.

People Leadership: Experience line-managing, mentoring, and developing team members.

Security Clearance: Must meet NPPV3 security clearance requirements (requires a minimum of 3 years continuous UK residency).

Education: BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical/management degree.

Agile Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification.

Virtual Leadership: Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating remote or hybrid delivery teams.

Technical Familiarity: Background or familiarity with Azure DevOps and / or software delivery.
