- استقبال طلبات خدمات المتعاملين من أصحاب الهمم وذويهم؛ وتحديد أهليتهم للانتفاع من الخدمات وضمان الاستجابة لجميع استفساراتهم ومتابعة غلق ملاحظاتهم وتقديم الدعم الاداري واللوجستي للمتعاملين والموظفين وفقاً للاجراءات المعتمدة.
- ****الواجبات والمسؤوليات التشغيلية****
- استقبال طلبات خدمات مركز تأه ي ل أصحاب الهمم من المتعاملين (الأشخاص من أصحاب الهمم وذويهم)، وتحديد أهلية الحصول على الخدمات وفقاً للمعايير والإجراءات المعتمدة ومن ثم توجيههم للموظفين المعنيين وتسهيل ومتابعة استفادتهم من الخدمات حسب الحالات.
- استقبال الاستفسارات عن خدمات المركز والرد عليها أو توجيه المتعاملين للموظفين المعنيين والعمل على متابعة غلق ملاحظاتهم.
- تنسيق الدورات التدريبية والجلسات التوعوية مع الجهات الخارجية والداخلية المعنية والعمل على استكمال أية إجراءات وفقاً للمتطلبات.
- التواصل مع الجهات الخارجية والداخلية المعنية لتنسيق الأنشطة والندوات والفعاليات والحملات الترويجية لخدمات المركز.
- متابعة ملئ المتعاملين لاستبيانات الرأي عن الخدمات المقدمة في الهيئة لأصحاب الهمم وذويهم وتحويلها للموظفين المعنيين لاستكمال الإجراءات ومتابعة النتائج.
- تنسيق خدمات المتعاملين من أصحاب الهمم وذويهم مع الجهات خارج الهيئة التي تقدم خدمات ذات علاقة؛ والعمل على اطلاعهم على المستجدات في ما يخص معاملاتهم.
- تسجيل كافة البيانات والمعلومات عن منتسبي المركز على الأنظمة الالكترونية والذكية ذات العلاقة وفقاً للإجراءات.
- استقبال وتوثيق الشكاوى والملاحظات من المتعاملين وأية جهات ذات علاقة بالعمل على حلها في نطاق الاختصاص أو التوجيه للجهة المعنية.
- إعداد التقارير والإحصائيات الدورية الخاصة بالخدمات والمتابعات والانجازات وفقاً للمستجدات في الحالات والعمليات التشغيلية في المركز.
- توثيق وأرشفة وتحديث الملفات الخاصة بالحالات المسجلة في المركز لضمان الوصول إليها من جميع المعنيين.
- إعداد العروض التقديمية وجداول البيانات المذكرات والمراسلات والخطابات وتنظيمها وتوثيقها وفقاً للإجراءات المتبعة.
- الإلتزام بسياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات المعتمدة بالهيئة والعمل على الامتثال بالضوابط لضمان سرية المعلومات
- أية مهام واختصاصات أخرى في نطاق مسئوليات الوظيفة.
Qualifications
- ****المتطلبات التعليمية****
- دبلوم عالي في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادله
- اجادة اللغتين العربية والانجليزية (محادثة وكتابة).
- ****متطلبات الخبرة****
- 0 – 2 سنوات خبرة في مجال إداري
