About the Role

- Prepare accurate monthly financial and management reports

- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
- Process and maintain accounting records using the Yardi system
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or ACCA qualification
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience in a Senior Accountant or similar accounting role
- Mandatory experience using Yardi software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in Arabic or English (written and spoken)

Role Scope
- We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly financial and management reports.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision making.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
- Perform monthly and annual closing activities in a timely manner.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules.
- Manage the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue balances.
- Ensure customer accounts are accurately maintained and payments are properly allocated.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounting transactions are recorded accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an ACCA qualification.
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience in a Senior Accountant or similar accounting role.
- Mandatory experience using Yardi software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in Arabic or English (written and spoken).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
