- Develop and manage baseline schedules and critical path analysis
- Prepare, update, and monitor schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Integrate project packages and manage interdependencies
- Identify delays and propose mitigation plans
- Track actual progress against baseline schedules
- Prepare progress reports, variance analysis, and forecasts
- Conduct risk assessments and perform “what if” analysis
- Support cost tracking and forecasting with QS teams
- Assist in EoT and claims analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of core planning experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards
- AutoCAD knowledge preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Planner – Roads or Infrastructure Experience to support our road and infrastructure projects in Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah (RAK).
- The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and controlling road and infrastructure works to ensure timely and cost effective project delivery in compliance with project requirements and UAE regulations.
- The Planning Engineer will work closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to manage schedules, monitor progress, assess risks, and support cost control and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
